Kedar joined the CEdO as a Research Analyst in July 2016. He brings several years of national and international work experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, teaching, research and consulting to the CEdO. He is excited to be part of a team of Research Analysts coordinating with other State Agencies to manage the identification, development, implementation and evaluation of complex data projects and analyze policy on key interagency data sharing issues or problems as they emerge. Kedar has interdisciplinary academic background with PhD from Washington State University, Pullman in process based modeling and three Masters Degrees in Statistics, Hydrology and Meteorology. In his spare time, he serves as journal paper reviewer, volunteers for community activities, plays musical instruments like bamboo flute, mouth harmonica and piano, travels new places, hikes, and plays volleyball and soccer.
